Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of our website and the services we provide.

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement to these terms

By accessing the Oracon Global website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services. Specific projects are also governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which prevails if there's any conflict.

Our services

Oracon Global provides design, development and delivery of software — including AI agents, LLM/RAG applications, web and mobile apps, SaaS products, AI integrations and automation. The exact scope, timeline and price for any project are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.

Engagements & quotes

Proposals and estimates are provided in good faith and confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins. Changes to agreed scope may affect timelines and cost and will be handled through a simple change process.

Your responsibilities

Intellectual property & deliverables

Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise, ownership of the final, paid-for deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and general know-how, and may reference the engagement as a case study unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We treat your non-public information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work. We're glad to sign a mutual NDA where needed.

Warranties & disclaimers

We deliver work with professional care and skill. Except as expressly stated in your engagement agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" without other warranties. We don't warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oracon Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

Our solutions may integrate third-party platforms and APIs, which are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the engagement agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless your engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
