Overview
This is an AI-native business operating system the Oracon Global team designed and built end to end for a client (name withheld under NDA). It brings a company's core operations — finance, procurement, service desk, CRM, HR and delivery — into a single multi-tenant SaaS platform, with an in-app AI agent that can carry out real transactions across all of them.
Rather than yet another dashboard, it is a platform where the software does the work: the agent plans, checks and executes, while people stay in control through permissions, approvals and a complete record of everything that happened.
The challenge
Most business software falls into one of two camps. On one side are heavy systems of record — they store data faithfully but leave the actual work to people clicking through screens. On the other are shallow chatbots that can answer a question but can't be trusted to do anything that touches money, customers or operations.
The goal was to build a single platform where an AI agent could safely act, not just answer — executing real transactions across the whole business, with the access controls, guardrails and accountability that serious operations demand.
What we built
